In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10:00 a.m. on 17 April 2025, the second, third and forth southernmost bays on Kwai Hau Street, west of Shing Ka House, Kwai Shing East Estate will be designated as prohibited zones 24 hours daily.

Drivers of all motor vehicles, except public light buses (scheduled services) and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving into the above prohibited zones.

The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
