In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.00 midnight to 6.00 a.m. daily during the period from 7 May to 28 May 2025 (except general holidays and the next day of the general holidays), the section of Lin Cheung Road southbound from its junction with the slip road leading from Hoi Fai Road roundabout to Lin Cheung Road southbound to a point about 760 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

       At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
