In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.01 p.m. on 29 May 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 31 December 2025, the section of Tsing Tin Road westbound from a point about 50 metres east of its junction with Ming Kum Road to a point about 420 metres east of the same junction will continue to be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometers per hour.

    Appropriate traffic signs have been erected on site to guide motorists.

    At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
